This comprehensive teacher training uses the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga as the basic structure in learning to teach. However, the training is not limited to the Primary series and a wide range of important yoga techniques are incorporated throughout the course. The aim of this course is to provide you with both a sound knowledge and a sound practice of Hatha Yoga and to encourage you to teach with confidence and intuition, and to motivate you to continue in your personal path of discovery.
